We've identified a time-out issue preventing some users to initiate a livestream from the camera. Shipping has been paused while the team investigates. More information to follow.
The first batch of 500 Nexar One units with +Connectivity add-ons shipped. All other orders will ship within the next few days. We will provide further shipment updates shortly.
The connectivity issue reported on May 29th seems to be resolved. We're conducting final tests and will provide further updates later this week.
A connectivity issue was detected in some of the produced units. While the issue is not severe and affects a very small number of units, we are conducting extensive field tests to ensure best quality across the board. Early tests show an issue rate of 1 in every 200 units. More updates to follow.
