Nexar LTE Connected Protection Plan Purchase Policy and Warranty
This Nexar LTE Protection Policy (the “LTE Connected Protection Plan”) together with Nexar’s general Terms of Service, available at https://www.getnexar.com/terms/ (the “TOS”), Nexar’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.getnexar.com/privacy/ (the “Privacy Policy”), shall govern the engagement between you and Nexar Inc., and its affiliates (collectively “Nexar”), pursuant to your online purchase of Nexar’s product(s) (the “Product”) and subscription for Nexar’s services and LTE connected protection plan (the “LTE Connected Protection Plan”).
Benefits under this LTE Protection Policy are in addition to your rights under applicable laws, the manufacturer's hardware warranty, and any complimentary technical support.
Valid Territories
This LTE Connected Protection Plan is currently available only to customers who reside within the United States and Canada.
Personal Use
This LTE Connected Protection Plan is not for commercial use and may not be used by you in furtherance of any private gain, including, but not limited to, seeking service for devices owned by others and which are not covered by this LTE Protection Policy. You may not sell, transfer, subcontract, delegate, or assign any of your rights under this LTE Connected Protection Plan. Nexar has the right to monitor your service requests to ensure compliance. Violation of this provision may end your subscription under the terms set forth below.
Extended Warranty
The Product purchased under this LTE Connected Protection Plan is covered by an extended 2 Year Warranty for manufacturer defects. This extended warranty covers normal wear and tear, malfunctions after regular use, accidental damage, theft, fire, and car crash. Aside from manufacturing defects, replacements will be made at most once every 12 months. Damages due to theft, fire or car crash will be subject to the submission of a police report or insurance claim. Accidental damages and malfunctions will be subject to the return of the defective Product.
If the Product should prove defective within the stated warranty period, return the Product along with proof of purchase and all defective parts as per the instructions below. Determining if the warranty is void is solely up to Nexar and cannot be contested. In cases where it is accepted Nexar commits to repair or replace the defective Product with a new or refurbished Product.
This warranty does not cover a Product that has cosmetic damage, water damage, or has been disassembled or altered, or if it is physically damaged by your reckless, abusive, willful, or intentional conduct, or an act of God
Exclusions and Limitations
Except for the extended warranty expressly set forth above, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, Nexar expressly disclaims any and all other warranties expressed or implied, including any warranty of quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the Product. You specifically agree that Nexar shall not be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, punitive, or other damages or penalties for breach of any warranty of any type on any Nexar product. In addition to and without limiting the generality of the foregoing disclaimers, the extended warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover damage to any electronic device or personal property attached to or used in conjunction with the Nexar product. In the event you missed a Monthly Payment for over 1 month, this extended warranty will be null and void.

Private drivers - drivers who purchased their camera for private use through the Nexar Shop, Amazon or Walmart.
Shipping policy
You will receive a tracking number to the email provided at checkout within 2 business days. Please allow between 3-10 business days for your order to arrive. If more than 10 days have passed and you have not received your order, please email us at support@getnexar.com.
Early Monthly Subscription Termination
In the case of the monthly subscription, should you choose to terminate your LTE Connected Protection Plan before the conclusion of the 24 month period, you will be obligated to pay the full outstanding amount for the camera hardware. Specifically, you will be liable for a single lump sum payment. This payment will be calculated as the total Product Price (see table below) plus the Monthly LTE Price ($9.99) for every month since your Initial Term, less any Upfront Payment or Monthly Subscription Fees already paid up to the point of termination. Be advised: early cancellation effectively means you are responsible for the full cost of the device and will lose your extended warranty.
